Informations about Logdging and shuttle are summarized in the following file :  lodging&shuttle

The lodging in Cargèse from Sunday 8/10 to Saturday 14/10/2023 will be provided for registered participants, either in IESC or in the village. Lodging in planned on the basis of shared rooms, except for invited keynote speakers who should get a single room.

Breakfast and lunches will be taken at IESC and are covered in the registration fees. 

On Monday evening a welcome cocktail will be offered at IESC. 

On Thursday evening, IESC will prepare a barbecue onsite. 

For other evenings, dinner will be taken in small group in the restaurants of Cargese, and will be paid directly by the participants. 

IESC will organize the shuttle from Ajaccio airport to Cargese on Sunday afternoon and from Cargese to Ajaccio on Saturday morning. PLease make sure that your arrival time is given when you register. 

Here are the planned busses and shuttles : 

• one bus will depart from Ajaccio airport on Sunday after arrival of 16:10 plane
• one shuttle will depart from Ajaccio airport on Sunday after arrival of 18:20 plane
• one shuttle will depart from Ajaccio airport at 21:00
• one shuttle will depart from Ajaccio Ferry terminal on Monday at 8:00
• for other people IESC will plan taxis. Any taxi taken after monday 8AM shall be paid directly by participants.
